Fjällberget in the province of Västmanland

Caj on the flat summit of Fjällberget. We never found the triangle point, which, according to Lantmäteriet should be there. Instead, we looked for the biggest boulder in sight, and decided that was the summit of Fjällberget. The summit is wooded and hence we had no views in either direction. On the way down to the car, we checked out the ski slope, to get at least some kind of view...

The gravel road to the summit is steep. If the gate, located just behind the last cottage up the road, is open, it is possible to drive up if you have a rear wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle. Our front wheel drive just did not want to make it....
